The Fine Print
- One slot per person. A slot is claimed with a novel that has 10+ published chapters on ForgeScroll.
- You must own the rights to the work you post. Cross-posting your own story from other platforms is welcome.
- Only chapters of 1,000+ words published after claiming count toward milestones.
- Audience Bonus milestones require earnings from distinct paying readers; self-funded or artificial purchases don't count.
- Milestones must be reached within 6 months of claiming your slot.
- Bonuses are paid manually (PayPal, Stripe, or your preferred payment) and are income you're responsible for reporting. We recommend setting up your Stripe account in the author dashboard, since it also handles your ongoing 70% revenue share payouts.
- We reserve the right to refuse payouts for gaming or abuse. Plagiarized work forfeits the slot and all pending payouts.
